간만에 안드로이드 개발을 하려고 에뮬레이터를 셋팅하는데 아래와 같은 에러가 발생하여 고생을 했네요..

 

Starting emulator for AVD 'GALAXY_NOTE_10.1_4.0.3'
Failed to allocate memory: 8
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

 

검색 결과 Device ram size 를 512나 256으로 줄이라는 설명이 대부분이네요..

이렇게 해도 되는 사람이 있지만 안되는 사람이 더 많다는거....

그래서 구글링 검색 중 알개된 해결 방법을 적어볼게요.

혹시 더 좋은 방법 있으시면 댓글좀 달아주세요 ㅎ

 

 

C:\Users\<user name>\.android\avd\<avd-profile-name>\config.ini 파일을 아래 와 같이 수정!!

이후 실행 해주면 아래와 같이 두둥~!!
