여기서 더 추가하던가 해야겟다...


almost women want the handsome man

여자들은 잘생긴 남성을 원합니다.

and man want the pretty women

그리고 남자들은 예쁜 여성을 원합니다.

In that sense,  everyone still has the desire to look like entertainer

그런 점에서, 누구나 연예인처럼 변하고 싶은 욕구를 가지고 있습니다.

the desire to change themselves is the same.

변화고 싶은 욕구는 누구나 동일한겁니다.

however repeated cosmetic surgery is a harmful influence on people

하지만 반복된 성형수술은 사람들에게 나쁜 영향을 끼칩니다.

but we believe many people do it.

그러나 많은 사람들이 성형수술을 하고 있습니다.

we only want to restrict the availability of it

우리는 잘못된 성형수술의 무분별한 이용을 제한하자는 것입니다.

but the benefits of this policy; setting restrictions gives the proper notion to the individual. 

그러나 제제를 가하면 개인에게 적절한 개념의 정립이 생깁니다.

People have a wrong concept of beauty. 

사람들은 미의 기준을 잘못 알고 있습니다.

We’re not all celebrities nor do we need to look like them. 

우리는 유명인도 아니고 또 그렇게 보일 필요도 없습니다.

This unlimited freedom of surgery needs a solution.

무제한적인 수술의 자유는 해결책을 필요로 합니다.

cosmetic surgery is expensive to money.

성형비용은 비쌉니다

rich people can afford it, but poor people can't

부유한사람들은 그것을 감당할수 있겟지만 가난한 사람들은 그렇지 못합니다.

many unqualified surgeons do the surgery for cheap

무자격 의사들이 싸게 시술을 하는 것입니다

In that sense,  we said that it should be legal, but with restrictions and higher qualifications

그런 점에서 우리는 성형수술은 합법적이어야 하며, 좀더 강한 규제와 자격요건을 가지자는 것이었습니다.

there are many to illegal activity

불법적인 수술이 너무 많습니다.

unlimited cosmetic surgery is a harmful influence on people

무제한적인 성형수술은 사람들에게 악영향을 줌니다.

and unlimited surgery causes the increase in black marketing

그리고 무제한적인 성형수술은 암시작의 활성화를 가져옵니다

but these restrictions also decrease the bad side effects of surgeries gone wrong and increase overall safety

그러나 제제는 불법적인 수술과 성형수술의 부작용을 감소시킬 것이며 종합적인 안전을 가져올 것입니다.

because unlimited cosmetic surgery is a harmful influence to the individual and wrong concepts that outer beauty is mort important than inner beauty

왜 그것이 필요한가면, 무분별한 성형은 개인에게 상당히 나쁜 영향을 끼치며 내면의 아름다움보다 외모를 더 중시하는 미에 대한 잘못된 사고를 가져오기 때문입니다.

The service is not a cosmetic surgery treatment

성형은 서비스업이 아니라 치료입니다

we see that outside appearance is more important than the inside

우리는 내면보다 외면를 더 중시하는 잘못된 인식을 가지고 있습니다.

we have a wrong perception in that outside appearance is more important than the inside.

사람들에게 성형은 인생에 있어 필수적인 것이 아니라는 것을 깨닫도록 기회를 주어야 합니다
